Welcome to Virtual Paralegal Services!

I am confident I can make a positive contribution to your firm.

At this time, I can offer your firm a freelance service for bankruptcy. That would include drafting your petitions and schedules with best Case Bankruptcy software. Generally, the attorneys I work for send me an electronic file via email. This would include a questionnaire, tax returns, pay advices, titles to vehicle, credit reports, bank statements, and any other document your client has provided. The completed case will be returned to your firm electronically. In addition, I will also research and send documents to your firm in PDF format such as:

 Deed, DOT
Tax Assessment (all states)
Real Property Valuation
Maryland Judiciary court case information (or from other states)
Verification of foreclosure dates
KBB Valuations on all vehicles
Verification of registered Wills, Estates and Trusts (Maryland only)
CMECF/Pacer prior filing verification
Any other document associated with the case

My fee is $80.00 for a Chapter 7 or a Chapter 13 (plan not included). I also prepare post petition documents such as: motions, orders, lines, answers, notices, responses, appeals, amendments, affidavits, certificate of service, rescissions, withdrawals, and statements. Most attorneys assign me to complete the following projects for them because it saves time and money:

Motion to Avoid Judicial Lien: This includes the Motion, Notice, and Order. The fee is $50.00 per motion.

Request the return of garnished wages for the amount within 90 days prior to filing. The fee is $25.00.

Other post filing services:

Submit the required 521 documents to the Trustee administering the case via Doc Links.

Suggestion of bankruptcy drafted and submitted to creditors, attorneys, and court.
